FRESH EGG NOODLES
Using our dedicated noodle factory we prepare, cook and pack over 100 tonnes of fresh noodles every week.
The noodles are made using an authentic recipe and with completely natural ingredients – flour, egg, water, turmeric and salt. These ingredients are mixed to a dough before being rolled into thin pasta sheets. Using manufacturing equipment built for us in China the pasta sheets are cut into the classic noodle strings using a series of knives. The noodles are then cooked, coated with oil and packed into bags. From start to finish; the preparing, cooking and packing of our noodles takes just two hours.
Due to the popularity of our noodles we have recently installed a second production line to increase our capacity.
